Basketball teaches our youth such things as leadership, teamwork, effort, and dedication, which make the sport bigger than a sport—it makes it an outline for success. NBC brings people together and gives us, coaches, a great layout for working with young athletes and using basketball to build confidence both on and off the court. NBC has given me the opportunity to grow in ways I had never thought possible. Each summer only serves to increase my passion for teaching, learning, and basketball as a whole."
