David Foster

David played basketball and baseball at Augustana college which is located in Sioux Falls, SD. David recently graduated with a degree in exercise science and fitness management. He plans to attend graduate school and become a grad assistant while earning a master's degree. NBC has given David the tools that are needed for a successful life and he wants the experience that he had at NBC for his fellow coaches as well as campers. He wants to give the campers a positive experience, helping them to develop the skills and tools for not only basketball but also for life.

Kia Gibson

Kia is from Nine Mile Falls, WA where she mastered the arts of basketball, volleyball, and underwater basket weaving. After high school Kia became part of a nationally placed JUCO after 2 years. After her graduation from North Idaho College, she moved to Grand Canyon University, and finally to Northwest University. In her search for higher truths Kia stumbled across NBC camps where she was blessed to pass on her knowledge to younger learners. Their eagerness is what keeps her intrigued with these camps. In these camps Kia has found a home in the vast wilderness that is her life.

McKenzie Foster

McKenzie is going into her second year of playing at the University of Mary in Bismark, North Dakota. She graduated from Sweet Grass County High School after recieving All-Confrenence and All-State honors. McKenzie is currently working towards a degree in nursing and possibly becoming a pediatrician. Her favorite part of NBC is being around incredible individuals who are true in their love of basketball and God and getting the chance to develop camper's minds and skills on the court.

Marc Vilas

Marc currently coaches at Simpson University in Redding, California as the men's basketball assistant coach and head golf coach. He has spent the last 10 years coaching basketball throughout California. Marc is also going to be a NBC site director at both the Fullerton and Redding sites and is looking forward to meeting kids from all over the west coach. He is also married to NBC volleyball director, Christy Swaggerty-Vilas

John Paxton

John is the big man on campus as the site director of NBC Alaska as well as Colorado. He played high school and college basketball at Alaska Pacific University. He has coached at at all levels from elementary, middle, and high school. He currently works his dream job as a P.E. teacher in Greeley, CO. He said the two movies that make him cry the most are The Rookie and The Notebook. He also has a crippling addiction to Peanut M&Ms.

Rachel Hansen

Rachel played basketball and ran track at Montana State University Billings. She was a senior captain this past season, was chosen to the All-Academic GNAC team for 2 years as well as awarded the Yellowjacket team award. She graduated this past year with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She will be attending physical therapy school at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California in the fall. Her favorite part of NBC camps is the atmosphere and work ethic instilled not only in the coaches but also in the campers. She is most looking forward to positively impacting the campers and pushing them past their limits.
